Yoga For Beginners

Yoga for beginners is the best exercise if you want to start this kind of exercise. You have to practice  first the basics stretching before you go on with the heavy exercise. I started with warm ups for 5 minutes, then stretching and then do the simple yoga poses on mat for beginners.
