For some people yoga is a form of spiritual enlightenment, that gives the person practising a sense of inner peace. For some people yoga is a religion that they practice on a regular basis to which they must practice.
So in this case its really hard to pinpoint yoga down to one single definition, it can be classed as being different for every single person that practises it. So the question is what exactly is yoga?

This is great for people that are starting out in the world of yoga.
